設(shè)計師：趙智銘

　　趙智銘先生(Danny Chiu)獲香港室內(nèi)設(shè)計協(xié)會評為(專業(yè)級)會員資格，1998年于香港正形設(shè)計學院(室內(nèi)設(shè)計與環(huán)境學)畢業(yè)，因設(shè)計風格以摩登(Modern)，簡約(contemporary)及現(xiàn)代中式風格(Modern Chinese)為主，其后以個人名義開設(shè)“新生活”室內(nèi)設(shè)計公司，專注于香港及國內(nèi)各屋苑及豪宅提供室內(nèi)設(shè)計及工程等工作，如香港跑馬地比華利山，貝沙灣，華架山峰，深圳靚瀾湖大宅等等多個設(shè)計工程項目，部分作品更于雅舍，今日家居，摩登家庭雜志及NOW TV(樓市每日睇一設(shè)計空同)及香港無線電視(更上一層樓)節(jié)目中展示。Danny Chiu亦曾有幸與香港著名室內(nèi)設(shè)計公司工作，如陳建中設(shè)計有限公司，PAL設(shè)計事務(wù)所所工作，當中參與多個示范單位，飲食及酒店項目擔任設(shè)計工作，其作品如上海仁恒置地江灣城(仁恒置地)，沈陽橡樹灣(華潤置地)，香港鄉(xiāng)村俱樂部會所，大連新世界酒店(新世界)，上海新世界花園(新世界)等等，其中以尖沙咀(新世界)的示范單位最為矚目，創(chuàng)下全球紀錄，成為全港尺價最貴的一房示范單位。另外， Danny Chiu于2011-2012年獲得多樂士色彩空間設(shè)計比賽值設(shè)計評審團成員之一，為香港室內(nèi)設(shè)計行業(yè)出一份力，培訓(xùn)新一代本土設(shè)計師。

　　Profile of Danny Chiu

　　Danny Chiu, the Design Director, who is qualified as a professional member of Hong Kong Interior Design Association. He is a graduate of Interior & Environment Design in Hong Kong Ching Ying Design Institute. He expertise in Modern, Contemporary and Modern Chinese styles. After graduated, he established "New Life" Interior Design Limited and focus on interior design and construction supervision in luxury property of Hong Kong and china such as "The Beverly Hills", "The Bel-Air", "The Mount Beacon" and "Mission Hill" (Shenzhen). And some of his works were pub-lished by”lOr Beaute", "Today's Living" & "Modern Home" ~ also reported by TVB program "Living UP" and NOW TV program "Design Space".

　　Besides, he has had the honor to join some of the leading interior design firms, such as Thomas Chan Designs Limited and PAL Design Consultants Limited. Period, he has participated in show flats, club houses and hotels design and construction con-sultant works. Including "Yanlord River Bay, Shanghai" (Yanlord Property Co., Ltd.),"Oak Bay, Shenyang" (China Resources Land Ltd.), "New World Hotel, Dalian"(New World China), "New World Garden, Shanghai" (New World China), "Hong Kong Country Club" and "The Masterpiece, Hong Kong" (New World Hong Kong).

　　Furthermore, "The Masterpiece" broke the world record and became the most expensive one room apartment by Feet in Hong Kong. Additionally, Danny Chiu was appointed to be one of the judges of the "Dulex Color Award" competition, he not only makes a contribution to the interior design industry.
